We currently ship within Australia only. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. If an international order is placed for an item that cannot be shipped, a full refund will be issued.

All orders are shipped from the Noosa Hinterland, Queensland, Australia.

Processing Time

Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be carefully packed and prepared for shipment.

We primarily ship via Australia Post, offering both Standard and Express options.

  • Same state: 2–4 business days

  • Interstate: 3–6 business days

Australia Post Express

  • Same state: 1–2 business days

  • Interstate: 1–3 business days

  • 250g – 500g: $11.15

  • 500g – 1kg: $15.25

  • 1kg – 3kg: $19.30

  • 3kg – 5kg: $23.30

  • 5kg+: from $27.95

Australia Post Express

  • 0g – 250g: $12.70

  • 250g – 500g: $14.65

  • 500g – 1kg: $19.25

  • 1kg – 3kg: $23.80

  • 3kg – 5kg: $31.80

  • 5kg+: from $31.80

Large, Fragile & Special Items

For larger, bulky, heavy, or fragile items:

  • TNT Express: Available for selected items (rates calculated at checkout)

Tracking

Tracking details will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched. You can use these details to track your parcel via the Australia Post or TNT Express website.

Delivery Terms

Orders will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping details are correct — we are unable to take responsibility for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Orders returned due to address errors

  • The cost of re-shipping orders

While we are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels, we will always do our best to assist and follow up with the shipping provider if an issue arises.
