The Waratah Witch is a magical online shop filled with everything a good witch (or wizard) might need — from natural Australian skincare and soulful self-care goods to pantry treats, beautiful scents, crystals, and curious treasures. We bring together the practical, the nurturing, and the delightfully witchy — all thoughtfully chosen to add a little something special to everyday life. Based in the Noosa Hinterland, we proudly share our collection across Australia.

Are your products ethically sourced?

We source our products with care and intention. Wherever possible, we prioritise ethical and sustainable practices, Australian-made goods, and small suppliers. We believe the energy behind each item matters, and we choose pieces that align with those values.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments via PayPal and Squarespace Payments. This includes major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Is my personal and payment information safe?

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within Australia only. We hope to expand to New Zealand in the future.

Where are orders shipped from?

All orders are packed and sent from the Noosa Hinterland, Queensland.

How long will it take to send my order?

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Each order is packed with care — good things are worth doing properly.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method:

Standard shipping: 2–6 business days
Express shipping: 1–3 business days

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. You’ll be able to choose between standard and express options.

Can I track my order?

Yes — once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email. You can use this to follow your parcel through the Australia Post website.

Do all items include tracking?

Most parcels include tracking. Some smaller items sent as a standard letter may not include tracking. If you would prefer tracked shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

What if my parcel is delayed or lost?

Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the care of the shipping provider. If something doesn’t look right, please get in touch — we’ll always do our best to help and follow it up.

What if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your details at checkout. We are unable to take responsibility for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses, and re-shipping costs may apply — but reach out quickly and we’ll do our best to help.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes — but only for selected larger or fragile items. If Local delivery is available for a particular item, we will note it in the description, and it will appear as an option at checkout. Local delivery is only available within the Noosa Hinterland.

Do you ship large or fragile items?

We do. For certain items, we may use alternative shipping methods, with pricing calculated at checkout.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Are your product photos real?

Absolutely — every item you see is a real, physical product. Some images are styled using a touch of modern magic (AI) to place our products in the witchy settings we imagine them in. What you receive will always match the product itself — no tricks, just a little extra atmosphere.
